Violin with Kelsea A.

I began teaching violin when I was in high school, and have taught various students in the years since. I also have extensive experience working as a nanny, and have worked with all ages, from infants to teenagers. In addition to having studied classical violin for 17 years, I am a songwriter and arranger, and perform my string arrangements with other songwriters in various venues around New York City. I have a bachelors degree in linguistics with a minor in music from International Christian University in Tokyo, where I researched the cognitive relationship between speech and music for my graduating thesis. I recently moved to Western Mass after finishing my master's degree in violin performance at Belmont University in Nashville. **I do have a dog and a cat, so if you or your child has a pet allergy, lessons in my home will not be the right option for you.
