Actors-Singers-Music Artists -
Move forward as an actor or music artist. If you're looking for a coach to work with from the ground up, let’s make it happen. I work with artists at all levels of artists. I collaborate with my artists to find themselves in their craft. Oh, yeah, I'm also really nice. I believe you can learn in kindness.
If you really want to act and don’t have access to a teacher study online and you'll begin to learn the craft of acting until you are ready to take the next step in order to get to a location where you can study in a class with a teacher in person. But at least allow
yourself to BEGIN!
If you need a place to work your chops or more confidence for everything to come together let’s make it happen. You deserve to study acting or music performance and you deserve a place in my studio. If you're auditioning for colleges or agents get in here. And yes, I've helped with college essays and letters too. You're going to be fine.
I've been in the business my whole life. I'll teach you more than how to act. I'll also teach you about the industry and how you fit in to it. So if you're an actor or a music artist and you want to work, get in here.
If you're planning your move to Los Angeles or NYC or working where you are and need to start studying and to begin in the business, I want to help.
I also work with actors who need audition help in a hurry. I coach you to prepare for auditions and shoots and work with you to be able to get to the point where you're ready to work. I'll give you technique, a system and a strategy so you can do what you love. We will work on audition prep, monologues, scenes, singing performance, we will find out who you are and how you show up in the biz. I will encourage you to bring in scene partners to work with, too.
I am generous with what I know. I learned it by working very hard. And I studied like mad. I still do. I have a resume, references. I care about the craft. And I care about you, the artist.
I studied at Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music (CCM). In New York City I was under the care of opera teacher, Leona Matthews, famed acting teacher and director, Word Baker and Edward Morehouse as a student at HB Studio in NYC and Mark Monroe in San Francisco and Los Angeles. I have my own writing doc, the revered Dr. Joyce Block. I work as a recording artist and writer. And I’m lucky to work as a concert artist, too.
If you want to experience this thing we call showbiz call us. I cannot wait to meet you.

I am also known as a singer/songwriter & recording artist but it’s my work passing the torch to actors and music artists that gives me the joy I have carried with me during my long career in show business; If an artist believes they have something to say creatively I’ll work with them to discover the way to do it and they will do it well. So well, in fact, that they are going to be able create and perform in whatever capacity they visualize. It is 100% because they find the way to discover what makes them thrive and to maintain a kind of emotional equilibrium that lives inside of them.
I solidify technique, the system, and we all know you gotta have a system. But actors also have to be able to support that system and that takes the ability to practice discipline and a work ethic and it takes a commitment to self care and most importantly the insistence of creating a habit of self love.
So, look, I don’t want to go all California on you, or all showbiz for that matter, but if someone is an artist, their nerve endings are probably longer than their appendages and it’s my job as their coach to look out for them...to make sure they have the ability to understand how much they deserve to be on the planet because actors are serving this planet and that is work. Art is work. And it's necessary. It’s how I do it for myself as an artist. And it’s how I practice with others. So that’s what I do. And I’m lucky I can.
