Violin with Kathryn P.

Kathryn has taken violin lessons since she was 5 for a total of 14 years and has taken lessons from various prominent teachers in the Vegas and St. George area. Kathryn graduated from Tuacahn High School for the Performing Arts under the Music Academy where she was pushed by talented peers and faculty to grow as a musican. During her senior year she was her school's Sterling Scholar in Music, won the opportunity to play the Sibelius Violin Concerto with the Southwest Symphony Orchestra, and got superior ratings at various music festivals throughout the state. Kathryn has recently studied for a year at Dixie State University in music and plans to transfer to ASU soon to continue her degree. During her junior year of high school, Kathryn began teaching violin lessons to students at Vista Charter School. Since then, she developed her own independent studio and through her first year of college taught private lesson at The Music Store where she gained a full-size studio.
