20 years experience cooking and 10 years experience teaching. These are two of my biggest passions and it would be my pleasure to share them with you.
After my culinary training I competed in culinary and pastry arts competitions, worked in professional kitchens, and have served lovely dishes in international restaurants. 
A lesson with me is more than just informational, it's a good time! I will show you the technical skills (knife skills, presentation, meal planning, clean up, etc.) you need and teach you the proper way to work in a kitchen while having a good time.

My teaching style goes beyond following a recipe and works at providing a foundation for your own culinary intuition to build off of.  We can talk about budget, nutrition, and planning along with learning more technical stuff like cooking temperatures and knife skills.
