Kara M. is an award-winning educator with a background in Alternative and Special Education, who has been involved with students from a variety of school districts within the Fresno and Madera County Office of Education. Mrs. M.'s education includes a B.A. in Liberal Arts; M.A in Management; and post-graduate degree in Organizational Behaviors. Her academic proficiencies include a Professional Clear Multiple Subject Credential; Administrative Services Certificate; Supplemental Authorizations in English, Health Science, and Music; NCLB qualifications in Language Arts, Science, Self-Contained K-8, Science, Math, Music, and all the Social Sciences. Mrs. M. also possess a SDAIE Certification and Certificate of Mediation. Mrs. M is the Central Valley's only Educational Advocate and is affiliated with COPAA (Council of Parents Attorneys and Advocates.
