I am a composer and piano teacher, beganning to learn classical piano at 9 years old under a private tutor. I was born on a very musical family, and have been working around music throughout most of my life, finally graduating from California Institute of the Arts with a music composition degree in Spring 2021. I have taught students of all ages for over 5 years. I teach piano classically, using traditional methods such as the Beyer, the Hannon, using a variety of exercises while learning a piece of the student's choice to put the exercises to practice. I love working with kids, and have the most experience with them. However, I also teach adults. I make my best to shape the class individually with each student, catering to the particular need each student might have when learning, as every student is different and requires different approaches.
