    About Joshua H.

I am a trumpet player, majoring in music education at Central Connecticut State University. I am in multiple bands including marching band, wind ensemble, jazz band, and pep band. I have been playing the trumpet for nine years and have studied with several great trumpet teachers. I approach lessons differently with every student based on their level. I believe that it is important for teachers and students to share ideas with each other. In working together, we can achieve the goals that we set and become better musicians. I play mostly classical music and a little jazz music but it is important to learn a variety of musical styles. I try to make lessons as fun as possible and I am a very caring person.
