My friends call me JP...so, let's be friends! I have played and taught music for many years. I'm a former road musician, and play guitar, bass, and keyboards fluently. I understand music in depth, and so, when I teach, you're not just getting the techniques, you'll be understanding why things work as music, and how you can apply them to your music in general, so that you end up with a great musical "toolbox" to use. I'm also a composer, and it's my job as a composer to understand different styles and approaches. Chances are, I can point you in the right direction for any type of music you want to play.
