Jonathan is very patient and professional.

My high school daughter has received trumpet lessons from Jonathan for over a year. He is an excellent instructor, very knowledgeable and patient. As a school teacher, he knows how to work with kids in a way that gives him an advantage over a non-teacher performing artist. We've done lessons both in person and online. I'd highly recommend Jonathan to any parent looking to have their middle school/high school student take private lessons.

Jonathan is very patient with my kid and made the first lesson fun.

My son really enjoyed his trumpet lessons w/Jonathan T. I really liked that Jonathan took the time to update me on each lesson progress. Seems he really cares about his students. I highly recommend him.

Jonathan is an amazing teacher. He is teaching both of my kids, one is learning guitar and the other one Violin. He adapts his teaching method to the way that he knows will work with each one of them. They have learned so much, and we enjoy our time in the studio. He is a great musician.

Jonathan is a great teacher! I had my very first violin lesson with him, and he made me feel like I can actually learn how to play this instrument.

best teacher ever

Intuitive, kind, and talented instructor. We are happy to have him

👍🎻

Great first lesson!

I really enjoyed the lessons. He understood my goals and got me working in that direction immediately.

Gary had his first lesson and got over the jitters of being "the first time" as well as the app which made us nervous "Yes dad especially!" being I was used to old fashion face to face lessons back in the dinasour era.
Thanks Jonathan for the great lesson and introduction to this program.
I look forward to more future lessons.

Jonathan is an excellent instructor. My lessons were scheduled in the evenings and he accommodated my busy work schedule. He presented the lessons clearly; he adapted my lesson to my learning style and never forced me into just 1 style of learning. He also gave me a lesson manual and discussed alternative ways of practicing at home. Joanathan is extremely knowledgeable, I would recommend him to anyone looking to learn violin.

Jonathan is very professional, courteous, polite, encouraging, accommodating, and flexible. A passionate and well qualified string mucisian and teacher. I would recommend him to anyone of all ages.

JT makes learning fun and is very knowledgeable in many areas of music!

Fantastic teacher!!!

Jonathan is a fantastic teacher! My son has learned a ton and loves lessons. My son's band teacher is very impressed with the progress he is making and the quality of instruction he is receiving. Jonathan provides excellent instruction and great follow up with lessons. We are thrilled to have him as our teacher!

I am 8 years old. I like Jonathan because he is patient with me and really helping me to be a better guitarist.

Jonathan is very good at pushing me into areas that I'm not comfortable with. This has helped my overall playing. I'm still taking lessons and learning more each week.

Jonathon has been teaching my son for over a year and has done a fantastic job. He has been great in his ability to adjust and customize each week. My son looks forward to his lesson each week!

Jonathan is fantastic with the kids - they came out excited to learn their instrument! He is using techniques that are more fun than what they previously had in lessons with other teachers. He recognizes the need to make it fun and current while learning at the same time. This makes the kids want to keep going and makes their instrument/music relevant to them. He is very knowledgeable and professional. We are thrilled to have him as our instructor!

Jonathan is a very patient and talented instructor, with a really broad depth of knowledge.

Jonathan teaches my daughter and she has enjoyed her first set of lessons from him so far. She is in orchestra at her Middle School so the summer lessons have helped her improve her technique and when I listen to her practice I have noticed improvement in the sound. Scheduling was easy and he is flexible. It has been a great experience thus far.
Great teacher. Focuses on key topics that make you better. Syllabus is personally geared so you can move forward. Looking forward to more lessons!

Jonathan was very personable, patient & knowledgable. My daughter enjoyed her lesson and as soon as she got home started practicing.
Johnathan I'd an excellent teacher! He is very patient and knowledgeable. I highly suggest him to anyone looking for a bass teacher!

It's great to find a local cello teacher for my son. Easy to schedule, easy to work with!
I've only had a couple of lessons so far, but am very, very pleased. Instead of being the next guy to show up, and Jonathan trying to remember who I am and what I'm here for, Jonathan actually spent time through the week looking for resources that would help me and what I want to accomplish. While I spend 30 minutes a week in the actual lesson, and I spend some time throughout the week practicing, Jonathan is actually investing time for the lesson outside of the lesson, and that's really important to me.
Jonathan has a very diverse background, and experience with lots and lots of instruments and musical styles, which all help in the lessons - strategies from concert bass that electric bass players can incorporate, chord inversions common to classical music which can help "pop" type progressions to move forward better, and places where it's appropriate to play funk or Latin styles in straight-ahead folk sorts of tunes. I highly recommend Jonathan, even if just to sit and talk about music for a couple of hours.

I was horrible and he waa very patient and detailed during our lessons. I am making great strides rapidly thanks to him!
