Growing up in a boxing family I was no stranger to martial arts and fitness. Over the years I have trained, competed, practices, and taught.
As a martial artist I understand we are all different and move different. Students can expect that I will push them to their limits while finding what fits them best. How can we cature your style of moving to fit your martial art grow from there. We are all capable of great things, the journey is what we have to find.
As an Arial silk artist I trained for 5 years and myself a performer. I have worked with circus groups and can give you an experience to learn endurance, strength and most of my students are able to learn 1 to 2 new skills per lesson.
When it comes to fitness I will push us to reach our goals. This is a team effort. I will train with you side by side. We will make a plan for short and long term goals. Diet is important but catered to muscle building, energy and endurance, or weight less.
Self defense comes with very specific skills of training. Recommended tools for defending yourself and how to use them. I give advice in this session and we are constantly moving. We should not expect to break out a big sweat in this session however the goal is to prevent yourself from being in a fight longer than a few seconds.
