I am an Early Childhood Physical Education teacher, teaching students ranging in ages 3-6 years old (Pre-School, Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten). I have taught and instructed sports lessons and activities since January 2010 while I was obtaining my master's degree in Sports Administration. My focus and concentration has primarily been teaching the basic fundamentals and skill development of a variety sports to young children. Through several sport-oriented and recreational programs, I have been able to share my knowledge and experience of basketball, running, soccer, and other sports for over 1000 kids. Additionally, as a PE teacher, I place a lot of emphasis on the importance of being physically active and the number of ways we can live healthy lives. I am passionate about what I do because I have the fortunate opportunity to reach children at a developmental stage where the foundation for their growth and development is just beginning and they are so excited about learning.
