My name is Joe. I studied viola, piano, voice, and composition and improvisation all my life. I have 3 years of experience teaching orchestra to middle and high school students, 7 years of teaching piano/violin lessons. I love working with the out of the box learner. I provide professional guidance in goal oriented study, and make sure expectations are met for both the student and the teacher and the parent. I believe music should be fun, and provide a means for expression, while bringing focus to our minds and bodies. I use a combination of techniques (Suzuki, Alexander, Kodaly) and take advantage of Music Apps to help train the musician's ear, so that the process is fun and not too overwhelming. Customizing and tailoring private lessons to the student's needs is no new concept, and is a pillar on the platform for musical success. I have worked with students of all abilities.
