Hello! I'm Jocelyne and I am very excited to help you or your kids start their musical journey. I have played with different genres the main ones being mariachi, classical, and jazz. With my lessons, I focus a lot on foundation so my students have the building blocks to be successful and problem solve when I am not there. That includes technique, music theory, and musicianship. I am patient and I tailor my lessons for every individual to make sure my student is learning, engaged, and having fun. LET'S GET STARTED!

I'm a trumpeter that recently graduated from CSUSB with a Bachelor's of Music with two minors in Jazz Studies and Comercial Music. I have taught private lessons, groups, been a teacher assistant, and currently, I work with an after-school program that brings music, art, and sciences to elementary and middle school students in Riverside. I also perform and have been performing in and outside of school for over 9 years in various groups like Mariachi Orgullo Azteca from the Coachella Valley, Mariachi Aguila Real from the high desert, and CSUSB jazz combo, vocal Jazz, Big Band, Symphonic band, and Chamber winds.
