    About Jesse B.

Jesse Beilfuss is an accomplished voice actor, vocalist, and multi-instrumentalist. He has also studied audio engineering and digital editing. He has experience in radio, studio recording, and live sound. Jesse began entertaining at a very young age. He grew up surrounded by several talented family members, who had been performing as far back as three generations. He began singing and acting in performances in second grade, including both children’s and full-scale local theater productions. He sang in choirs from grade school, through high school and at College of DuPage. In high school, he was part of several productions and san award winning show choir. It was in high school that he also learned to play guitar and bass. Jesse began performing at a professional level in several bands, beginning with his own parents. He learned to play many styles including rock, country, bluegrass, jazz, folk, and funk. In the 90's he co-wrote and recorded 2 albums with the Chicago band Populace. As musicians often do, he went on to play with several bands while learning how to write and record music as well. In college, Jesse studied communications, recording, performance, and audio engineering. He transferred to the Illinois Center for Broadcasting and studied radio and voice acting. He has a certificate of completion from the school. In 1999, Jesse moved to Paducah, Ky. to work for Withers Radio at 106.7 FM WZZL. He eventually became mid-day DJ and Production Director, and handled most of the commercial flow for all three stations in the complex. During his time there, Jesse learned digital editing and improved his copywriting and voice acting skills. Upon returning back to Illinois, Jesse helped found Rebel Highway Inc., a cover band that played all over northern Illinois for over 12 years. He also acted as sound technician for the band and maintained most of their equipment. While live performance has been his focus for many years, Jesse has recorded professionally at Wheaton College’s and Moody Bible Institute’s studios and freelanced as an audio engineer and producer for other bands.
