I am an accomplished performing musician that has experience playing many different instruments in multiple styles. I believe first and foremost that learning music should be fun and exciting with an emphasis on self exploration and communication. It's these qualities in my own musicianship that have helped me grow a true love of music and have pushed my career forward as a performer. *** Lesson Details *** In lessons I use a shifting curriculum that is made to work with the needs of each individual student. I firmly believe in the importance of learning to read music and learning some basic music theory, in my experience this helps the student grow from being able to reproduce the music of others to eventually developing a unique style and sound. After three to six months my beginning level students typically feel comfortable enough to play with other musicians confidently. *** Studio Equipment *** The In-Studio lessons take place in the living room seating and a guitar are available. 1 cat and 1 small dog kept separate during lessons. *** Travel Equipment *** I will provide all of the necessary educational tools such as listening samples, and printed off hand outs. The student needs to have their own instrument, staff paper and a pencil.

Jeremy is a great instructor and he certainly knows what he is talking about. I play in a local band so we spend time going over the songs I am working on and he creates lessons and exercises based upon what I am having trouble with. He also always throws in some thoughts or ideas for me to think about to help me to become better. Having taken piano lessons with several different instructors for 5 years, I can confidently say he is indeed the best instructor ever.
