I have been a athlete/coach/ and master motivator since I was 5 years old. During my athletic carreer I was one of the top point guards in the state of Wisconsin, as well as one of the top hurdlers to come out of my home town. I parlayed those athletic skills into a track and field scholarship for the University of Arizona. During my time their I played pick up basketball against some on Arizona's best as well as many who have since went on to play in the NBA. After graduating with a bachelor's degree in communications from the University of Arizona, I have reached out to the youth of my community and teach kids individually as well as collectively how to be stronger, faster and more explosively in any sport the work in. But my areas of strength are track and field and basketball. If you are looking to get better, look no further!
