    Jenny has over fifteen years teaching experience encompassing Private Flute Instruction, Music Education and 6-12 Montessori Education. She opened Fountain Hills Flute Studio, in 2006 and now offers lessons in Mesa, as well. Jenny has experience playing in amateur and professional ensembles including, the Flagstaff Symphony, US Coastguard Auxiliary Band, Fountain Hills Community Band, Mesa City Band and various other ensembles including worship service combos, chamber music and flute choirs.Jenny offers private and group lessons to flutists of varying age and ability levels. Emphasis is on learning how to read music, improving technique and tone quality, increasing rhythmic accuracy and playing stylistically and musically.

    Jenny is a great person to study with. Her knowledge and background are second to nobody. She can assist with any musician and experience level to get them to that next step. I highly recommend Jenny to take lessons from. Her dedication to the education of music will surely benefit each and every student who studies with her.

    Jenny is an exceptional musician, dedicated educator, and absolute joy to work with. Musicians at her level tend to be intimidating to work with but she has a way of making students feel at ease regardless of their skill level. She's easy going and always greets you with a friendly smile. She is a classically trained flautist and holds degrees in music and education from Northern Arizona University so she understand the not only the music side but how to teach as well. I'd highly recommend Jenny to any flautist looking to learn how to play, enhance their skills/abilities, and/or get back into music.
