Hey there! With all lessons I offer you will receive a 100% individualized lesson plan that fits your wants and needs specifically. I have over six years experience in the health and wellness industry and while I don't know everything, I know what works and what doesn't when It comes to living a healthy life. As an Eagle Scout with the Boy Scouts of America I had the opportunity to practice and hone in my outdoor skills. I have ran seminars for the Boy and Girl Scouts as well as for the general public on the subjects of outdoor cooking, camping, archery, canoeing, wilderness survival/first aid, lightweight backpacking, and the essentials on what to bring when into the outdoors.
