Love to play drums? I am available to teach private or group lessons. My goal as a drum teacher is to help you find your own style and sound as a drummer. For the past 20 years, I have been dedicated to music as a drummer, producer, composer and as a teacher. I am fascinated by the multiple facets of music and its extraordinary power to communicate, inspire and heal. I studied jazz at New England Conservatory in Boston with legendary drummers Bob Moses and Billy Hart and have been performing professionally for over 20 years in New York and around the world. I co-lead a few music ensemble in which I also play electronics, synthesizers, as well as electronic drums. My duo "Anteloper" was selected in Rolling Stone Magazine's "Winter JazzFest 2019: 10 Best Things We Saw". Besides my deep experience as a drummer, I have also great expertise composing, recording and producing using Ableton. I am a student for life myself and I always keep studying new techniques to enrich my lessons and help my students in the best way. My rule number one is to be open minded and patient. Every student is different and require specific needs that can be addressed with the right technique. This is also what makes my work as a teacher so interesting! I love to teach any levels from beginners to professionals and I am always very inspired to meet new students and to help them develop their creativity with their own style and sound.
