Hello, My name is Jared. I teach Guitar, Ukulele and Bass. I have been teaching since I 1998. I love all styles of music. I teach most styles of music as well. Teaching is my passion. It is the most rewarding job i've ever had. To teach someone with no musical experience and getting them to a level they never knew they had is greatest joy. I began playing guitar at the age of 13. After a year of learning on my own I started taking lessons from a great teacher in Northridge Ca. As I got older I took lessons and courses from many different Guitar teachers to better my own playing and teaching. I play weekly at Shepard of the Hills.Performance is very important to me. Not only is it good for you the musician but it teaches you along the way to work with others.I can teach you in my home studio, My music Studio, Your home or online.

Jared is a trusted music colleague who I know to be a committed, focused, and very seasoned guitar and bass guitar teacher. I highly recommend him to students of all abilities levels, and to all you great parents out there who are ready to invest in guitar lessons for your rockers in training. As an intermediate level guitarist, Jared was the instructor I needed to step up my playing kills. He was able to explain music theory in a whole new perspective that really enabled me to utilize it in my song writing or on stage. I highly recommend Jared if you are just starting to play guitar or just need to fine tune the skills you already have.

Jared is an amazing teacher! When I first wanted to play guitar I was struggling on my own and couldn't find the motivation to work on it. When I first started taking lessons from Jared, things started to click a lot easier and I grew to love playing and going to lessons. Over the years I explored a variety of genres from rock to jazz; Jared always went above and beyond, giving me to the tools I needed.
