Hello! Nutrition and health has been my life for the past 3 years, to the point where I decided to get my degree in the subject. I have always had the heart for helping people achieve their goals and feel the best in their bodies. My experience in the field, apart from my education, has been through extensive supplement training as a health enthusiast, and a weight loss consultant for Jenny Craig. I am also a fitness competitor that utilizes meal plans and supplements to support my growth. My current goal is to help people with all the expertise I have learned from supplemental product knowledge, weight loss consulting, and fitness training. One on one consultations driven towards weight loss goals and achievements. Weekly measurements and meal plans were recorded and given. Follow up consultations and phone calls were made to encourage accountability. Progress was documented through weight loss charts and measurements taken weekly. Nutritional knowledge was shared when creating a meal plan customized to the clients lifestyle.
Working with customers with their supplementation needs. Supplementation training was performed weekly by company representatives to ensure product knowledge when selling to customers. Supplements ranged from holistic tinctures and herbs to bodybuilding supplements including amino acid complexes, pre/post workout, intra workout, and protein knowledge.
