Hello, my name is Mike Wayne; I am a professional musician and entertainer. I started playing guitar at the age of fourteen; and at fifteen years old I played my first professional gig at the Vandenberg Air Force Base NCO Club. I’ve been playing music in night clubs, restaurants, bars, country clubs, parties and private events over the past forty years. I’ve played in bands; as a duo, as a single, and hosted open mic nights, and jams. Most recently, I’ve been doing a duo with a bass player at the Lake Elsinore/Wildomar Elks every Sunday for over a year, and twice a month on Thursdays at the Vista Elks Lodge. Along with the live vocals, guitar (and bass) I use an electronic drum machine and some recorded background music resulting in a full band sound.
