I am a teacher who passionately loves music and teaching. I have studied Music Education for 5 years at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). Over the years, I have had the opportunity to study and work with renowned vocalists and teachers. I have sung as a Bass-Baritone in various ensembles such as the UNLV Chamber Chorale, the Desert Singers, the Las Vegas Master Singers as well as performed with the Las Vegas Philharmonic, Henderson Symphony, and the Desert Winds. Throughout my time at the university, I have had the privilege to teach many choirs from the middle school to university levels.
As your instructor, I will use my experiences to give you the best possible lesson. I am well-versed in vocal pedagogy and can help develop a healthy singing voice/tone that will lessen tension and allow for long-lasting singing. Whether it be with sight singing, ear training, music theory, diction, vocal technique or posture, I will make sure you succeed as well as making each lesson fun and memorable. I hope to be your teacher soon!
