I am a professional saxophonist, composer, arranger, producer, and recording artist (with a little bit of metal guitar on the side :D). I graduated from Berklee College of Music with a Bachelor's in Jazz Composition and Performance. During my time at Berklee, I shared the stage with Gary Burton, Bill Frisell, Ralph Peterson, Kurt Elling, Donald Harrison, and many other incredible and inspiring musicians from around the world who helped to shape me into the player I am today. I currently play in the K2 band (one of Boston's best cover bands) and am self-producing an EP of all-original prog metal. I firmly believe in lessons catered to each individual student, so whatever you want to learn (or if you just want a solid starting point), I'll be there to help. There is a specific vocabulary on the saxophone in any particular style of music, and whether a student wants to rip through the changes on Giant Steps or riff on a one chord funk vamp, I can help them unlock their sound and achieve a better command of the instrument in any musical context.
