After teaching for over a decade, I promise you there is no such thing as not having a talent to sing. When people desperately want to sing and constantly do something about it, miracles happen.

Jazz singing is an instrumental approach to the voice where the singer should match the instruments in their stylistic approach, it requires knowledge of harmony and improvisation. Learning it is an exciting journey!
In the lessons, we work on types of breathing, posture, stage presence and improvisation techniques, and we are having lots and lots of fun!

About Inna

Hello, and thank you for your interest! My name is Inna, I'm a jazz and world vocalist, pianist and composer. I come from family of musicians, and I have started exploring music since the age of 5. In addition to my classical studies in Russia, I won the only full tuition scholarship to stud

Is it about how you perform? Not sure what 'music performance' is as a subject lesson but I know a LOT about music so I am sure there is something to learn.

About Anastasia

After Anastasia’s Carnegie Hall Debut in 2006, the New York Concert Review wrote: "For a critic, hearing a new pianist with a truly warm, luscious tone is like breathing in the scent of jasmine blooming - a pleasure to be recalled again and again - and so I'm happy to report that from the first not

As an adult beginner, I chose Anastasia for more personalized instruction, especially in technique, after learning the basics through community center group lessons. I have not continued only because another equally well-qualified instructor who lives close by, within walking distance, has become available. I am very pleased with the lessons and pointers that I have received. Anastasia is professional, encouraging, and friendly. An especially helpful part of her instruction is the set of comments and suggestions that she writes down to guide practice between lessons. If the neighbor instructor does not work out, I’ll be back.

I am a great communicator of what you need to start singing better immediately. Sensing what’s happening inside your Voice and body as you sing is an inmate specialty of mine. As I share that ability with you during our lessons, you will understand immediately how to correct any singing problems you may have. Your results, as others, will be instantaneous dramatic improvements for your singing voice.

The virtue of patience has been gifted to me and it’s easy for me to nurture your voice, no matter how young or old, to achieve fine vocal skills, great stage presence and a solid confidence to boost.

As long as you practice, you will see weekly improvements. With your consistency in attending your lessons, you will reach your singing goals like so many of my other students.

I look forward to working with you and seeing you (and others that hear you) be amazed at your singing progress!

About Houston

I have a bachelor and master degree in music and have traveled across the country and internationally performing music. Also, I have had the pleasure to work with professional recording artists like John legend, Yolanda Adams, and Doug E. Fresh, the rapper. I have been teaching in Florida for the

This subject will go over all the basics you need to be proficient in the acoustic guitar world. This is a great introduction to guitar as a whole, but my goal here is also to introduce you to finger style acoustic playing where you can play an entire song without singing a single note!
Topics covered: how to hold the guitar, hand anatomy and how to get the most out of them, chords, strumming, finger picking.
