Certified in Mat Pilates and Barre, every lesson will strengthen and lengthen the muscles from head to toe!  Melt away inches while building hip flexibility, core strength and correcting posture...AND have fun in the process.  Lessons are catered to you!  Whether it is to feel better naked, balance your wine glass on that rock-hard booty or just to be a stronger you for your family, let's set some goals and make it happen!

I have been teaching Pilates and Barre for 2 years and practicing for over 10.  My workouts often incorporate and unique blend of each practice w/ Barrelates®.  Build long, lean muscle from head to toe, with some strength-building and cardio sprinkled in!  I look forward to being a part of your journey to greatness.  Let's do this!!
