    About Hal G.

I love teaching music to students of all ages. I believe that music lessons should be both educational and fun. I have a Master's degree from Juilliard In Timpani and Percussion. I also have a second love which is the guitar. I like to play everything from the classics to Bluegrass. *** Lesson Details *** I like to structure lessons so that students can learn new techniques which enhance their skills. Also I like to see students playing music that they enjoy and gives them confidence to take on new challenges. *** Studio Equipment *** lessons in dedicated music room; trumpet, flute, guitars, drum set *** Travel Equipment *** IF the student needs an instrument to get started I can arrange for them the rental from a local music store *** Specialties *** Classical Music primarily with an emphasis on proper playing technique to improve articulation and velocity
