    About Grant B.

    Grant Barker is currently pursuing his Master's of Music Performance at University of Northern Colorado. He is receiving his studies from Philip Hembree. Grant just recently graduated from the Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana with a BM in Music Performance where he studied with John Rommel and Edmund Cord. He is currently the Third Trumpet in the Longmont Symphony and a member of the Bierstadt Brass Quintet. Grant has performed with the Georgia Symphony Orchestra, Atlanta Symphony Youth Orchestra, and side-by-side with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra and the Cleveland Orchestra. He has performed as a selected concerto competition winner with the Georgia Youth Symphony Orchestra.
