I have over 10 years of professional experience performing and teaching percussion. I am able to articulately and concisely explain stylistic and technical concepts to students of any age and experience level. I try to foster a deeper love for the music that the student wishes to study by exposing them to the historical and cultural importance of the music they are studying. I received my MM with honors in jazz studies from the University of Miami and my BM in jazz studies from the University of Arizona.
