My name's Gerry. I am a professional Certified Personal Trainer with 24 Hour Fitness. I am certified as a personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I am a 2015 Americas Finest City Half Marathon finisher. I am a freelance musician and drummer. I hold a diploma in percussion studies from the Baja California Music Conservatory. I hold a double Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and International Relations from the University of California Davis. I am a native Spanish speaker, and I've take college level courses of Spanish for Bilinguals. I have over 15 years experience as a drummer. I concentrate on progressive rock, and heavy metal, but am also proficient in hip-hop, blues, jazz, reggae, and afro-cuban styles of drumming. I have over a decade of experience in fitness, including resistance training, flexibility training, cardiovascular training, nutrition for performance, and much more.
