August 2017

I am currently a senior at the Sacramento State School of Music (California State University of Sacramento) studying Jazz Voice Studies. I am a professional singer, piano player, and music director.

I love singing jazz, pop, musical theatre, broadway, CCM and RnB, but I can teach any student any style and I believe that great technique is essential to any and every style. Besides improving in vocal technique, building up confidence is the most important aspect of a performer's education. I am readily equipped to help you expand your range, strengthen your instrument and build your repertoire.

I also teach beginning piano and music theory. I can teach students to read with musical excellence, learn how to play and read contemporary music using chord sheets, or both depending on the goals and preference of the student.

I have a great passion to teach music and my goal in life is to cultivate a culture of authentic beauty through the arts.
