I am most interested in helping students make tactile progress. I want them to feel great about their playing, enjoy performing and look forward to the next piece they are about to learn. Too many times I have had students come to me having learned one work in two years. That can make practicing it a drag! I will make progress the way to go in their violin life which in turn makes it fun and challenging. I also like setting achievable goals so it always feels like both the student and teacher know where they are going.
