I am a passionate and grounded Yoga instructor. I have a true love for cultivating peace, mindfulness and kindness. Yoga is a journey that may lead you to places you never thought you would go. It is a physical and often times intense practice but the rewards are so worth it! You can expect changes not only in your flexibility and strength but also in your state of mind. Many of my students realize that they begin to develop a sense of overall calmness and relaxation that comes very naturally when you delve into a yogic practice. I am the mother of 3 amazing children and it shows in my nurturing way of teaching Yoga. My goal is to help guide the way to a healthier, happier version of each and every one of my students.
