I had my first lesson with Emily this evening. She helped me to understand how to cultivate Qi; she is also great at explaining and illustrating the techniques. I’m looking forward to taking lessons with her in the future.
Enjoyed taking Tia Chi lessons from Emily, she is very professional and I hope I can take more lessons from her in the future
I am really enjoying the class with Emily. I am learning the 18 form fan Tai Chi. I need to go over the steps a lot of times before I actually get it and she is very patient. She is willing to take the time to go over the steps as many times as it takes. She also comes up with ways to improve my balance so I can complete the moves better. I hope to be able to continue taking classes from Emily.
