I am a classically trained lyric soprano specializing in operatic voice and art song. I received my Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from Oberlin Conservatory of Music in 2015, and my Master of Music in Vocal Performance from Carnegie Mellon University in 2018. I have performed in numerous lead operatic roles throughout my studies and career as a young artist. I first began teaching voice lessons in 2014 and have enjoyed working with students of many ages and voice types. Although my training is specifically focused on classical and operatic voice, I have lifelong experience performing music of many genres and an understanding of performance skills and role study that can benefit all students regardless of chosen genre study. I wholeheartedly believe that using classical voice technique, you can find a freer and healthier sound that creates new possibilities for the voice beyond what you ever dreamed possible! With weekly lessons, students can expect to improve their breath control, stamina, vocal clarity, vocal ease, and musicianship skills in very little time! Let's make some music together!
