    About Emily G.

I am a professional musician with experience performing in orchestras, weddings, churches, and other events. I graduated from Ball State University with a BM in Harp Performance and a minor in Piano, and from the University of Michigan with a MM in Harp Performance. Since then, I have had four years of experience teaching private harp and piano students, both in-person and virtually. I have also been an adjunct professor of harp at Taylor University for the past two years. I believe music is a beautiful and enriching part of life for musicians and music students of all ages! It is a beneficial and educationally advantageous opportunity for children and teens, and can be a rewarding and stimulating experience for adult students. I help students build a solid foundation of basic music knowledge, and then help them work towards their individual goals and passions.
