    About Eduardo P.

    Tenor Eduardo, a graduate of the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico with a bachelor’s degree in Music under the guidance of Dr. Raquel Montalvo, and a recipient of a Master's degree in Vocal Performance from the Aaron Copland School of Music in New York under the tutelage of Dr. Sherry Overholt, is acclaimed for his "very romantic," "elegant," and "bright, crisp voice." Known for his versatility, he has portrayed diverse roles such as Mrs. Trunchbull in Matilda the Musical, Christopher Wren in Agatha Christie's "The Mousetrap," Aeneas in Purcell’s Dido and Aeneas, Camille in Lehár’s The Merry Widow, Ferrando in Mozart’s Così fan tutte, and Peter Quint in Britten’s The Turn of the Screw. Eduardo has showcased his singing faculties as a tenor soloist in Handel’s Messiah with the Queens College Choral Society, Opera Night at the Morgagni Society, and a guest appearance at the Queens College Gala 2023. His performances span across New York, Puerto Rico, Utah and Austria. His upcoming engagements include portraying Orfeo in Gluck’s Orfeo ed Euridice, Nemorino in Donizetti’s L’elisir d’amore, a solo recital as well as the Oyster Bay Music Festival in June.
