With more than thirty years of experience, he has performed with many well-known artists including grammy-nominated celebrities and others such as Freddie Jackson, Regina Belle, EU, Angela Bofill, Alyson Williams, Mya, Syleena Johnson, Nick Colionne, Mike Phillips, Michael Lington, Bobby Lyle, Marcus Johnson, Bob Baldwin, Pamela Williams, and more. In addition, he has released eight solo recording projects and was the music director for multiple live and televised house bands. Earl has been teaching, producing and running an independent record label for some time and recently secured an international marketing and distribution deal. In the past, his 200 to 300+ yearly live performances limited the amount of coaching clients he could take on. However, he is now dedicating more time to helping others by sharing the knowledge that has enabled him to succeed as a professional full-time guitarist/bassist/producer!

Earl Carter is extremely knowledgeable, and very patience. You will find that each session is enjoyable yet challenging. I would recommend Him to anyone from the beginner all the way to the more advanced student. If you have the desire to learn the art of music then you will enjoy His instruction. I couldn't ask for a better instructor.

Although I lacked the commitment to follow through with my lessons, Earl's teaching ability is STELLAR!!! In the short time I was taking lessons with him, I learned a lot, relatively quickly.

Aside from being a Master Guitarist himself, he is a Master Teacher! His teaching style is very unique and the little tips and tricks he has taught me has helped me advance as a guitarist by leaps and bounds. I highly recommend him!

To whom it may concern although I've never taken guitar lessons from Mr Carter one thing I can assure you is that he is a great musician and guitarist.

His musicianship and his professionalism as well as his personality all adds up to one thing just a great person with a gift from God. I must highly recommend him for any project course of learning guitar or studio project that you may like to have him to work with you on.

I had a wonderful first lesson with Earl and I'm looking forward to our next session. He made sure that I fully understood what I had learn in that one hour session including the type of guitar I wanted to use, reading notes and chords, playing a few strings, sitting comfortably, and most importantly, he is patient and he answered my questions by giving me detailed explanations.
