Hello and welcome to my studio! I started trumpet in elementary school and began teaching private lessons in 2012. I had a difficult time progressing on the trumpet when I first started out until I started taking private lessons for the first time. This allowed me to correct some bad habits I had developed over the years and ultimately get into music school to major in music education and trumpet performance. My lessons are tailored to each individual student. I do not believe in a one size fits all approach to playing the trumpet. Over the first few lessons we will discover what your strengths and weaknesses are, and then develop a plan to help make you a more well rounded musician.
