I am a classically trained pianist. I started at the age of 4 (thanks, parents), and decided by age 10 that it would be my career. I went on to study piano at the University of Michigan's School of Music, Theater & Dance. While in college, I discovered new interests and now work in artist management, booking performances for high-profile classical musicians. Although piano is no longer my career, I don't believe I could have made it to where I am today without it. Piano has helped me with so many facets in life, both musical and non-musical. It has helped me to learn and understand other instruments; to collaborate and communicate well with others; and to develop perseverance, patience and discipline. It has been proven that musical learning has physical and mental health benefits, and is an excellent outlet for stress relief - something we could all use, especially in these times! I am a firm believer that everyone should learn an instrument at some point in their lives, and I hope I can help people do just that. *All lessons will be taught virtually, due to COVID-19.
