I am a professional and full certified STTOT Pilates Instructor. I've been working for 10 years in Fitness & Health industry. Working with many people with many level of fitness give me experiences to design Pilates workout that are designed for my clients need. You will discover how to develop lean muscle, alleviate pain, achieve a better range of motion, and tighten trouble areas such as abs, arms, and thighs all in in a safe and effective workout. What drives me is my passion to help people change their life. I always believe that a healthy body will lead you in healthy life, relationship, confidence, happiness and a peaceful life. It's easy to just working out do the movement. you can watch it from the DVD or you tube. But I'm here to bring you to a new way beyond the movement. I will introduce you to yourself so you can be the best version of you. My exercise will cover every aspect of fitness and give you a complete understanding of your body that perhaps you have never known before.
