Whether you made your school team or never even tried out, this training is for you. 10 years experience working with athletes from 7yr olds to Professional (NBA and International) Every athlete will have an individualized program created for him/her depending on my analysis, feedback from their coaches, and their own personal goals. Programs will consist of basketball skill development, tape analysis, strength and conditioning and performance enhancement training (plyometrics, speed, agility etc) Locations available in Roswell, Alpharetta, Chamblee Tucker, Cobb, Perimeter (open to meet at your facility too)
