I am a fitness professional, personal trainer and speed coach that has a passion for helping my community emphasize the importance of health and wellness. I graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelors of Arts in Communication and a minor in Spanish, yo hablo espanol .
Proudly, I train people from all different age groups and fitness levels. All of my clients can expect to undergo an initial fitness evaluation in order for me to be able to gauge exactly where they currently are health and fitness wise. This allows me to not only get to know the client better but also get a great idea of their fitness goals for me to customize a personal fitness program.
I specialize in outdoor workouts after being a runner/sprinter for 10 years. I can train clients on basic weight management skills and how to become flexible, stronger, and have more power for speed and/or polymeric training. I can help clients recover from old or recent injuries and work with anyone that hasn’t been deemed permanent disabled.
I competed in the Junior Olympics twice in the 4x1m relay and the 100m dash. As a result I have been able to perfect my craft with some of track and field’s most amazing athletes such as Chauntae Bayne and Sanya Richards. Speed conditioning is one of my multiple specializations with the understanding that every client will have their own unique strengths and weakness in all categories of fitness training.
My love and passion for health and wellness allows me to share the importance of exercise with every client that trains with me. I truly enjoy the wide range of workouts that are ever so growing on a daily basis resulting in the different variations of fitness training I present to my clients. Whether it be in the gym, on the track or at the park I look forward to meeting with you, getting active and restoring your fitness journey!
