Hello! My name is Dasha, and I play soprano and alto saxophone. I have been teaching for over 10 years, and playing music for 25 years. I welcome students of all ages and ability levels. In our lessons, you can expect to focus on many aspects of music -- including musical expression, tone production, technique, ergonomics, performing confidently, ear training, and music theory. Each lesson is catered to you individually based on your needs and interests. My students have achieved a variety of goals such as: - Successfully auditioning into Regional bands and All-State bands - Earning a higher chair in band - Learning to read music - Testing out of undergraduate Music Ed woodwind proficiency requirements
