Having a patient and encouraging teacher by your side, helping you solve the challenges of creating a beautiful sound is invaluable. Dan has played violin for almost 35 years. He has a Master's Degree in Violin Performance and performs regularly with Florida Orchestra and Opera Tampa. Students from Dan's studio have won concerto competitions, auditions and scholarships at prestigious music schools and festivals, such as the Interlochen Arts Academy. He has performed for multiple U.S. presidents and had the privilege to perform concerts with many talented artists including Andrea Bocelli, Renee Fleming, Itzhak Perlman, Placido Domingo, Michael W. Smith and Frank Sinatra Jr. Many of these concerts were in front of audiences of 20,000 people. Dan and his wife Erica live near downtown St. Pete with their toddler, who is also learning to play violin.

Dan is a fantastic instructor! I am a 27 year old whom had never touched a violin in my life before Dan. Now I own a violin, practice every week, and can read basic music sheets.
