I've earned a Bachelors of Music in Classical Guitar, Masters of Music in Composition, and I'm currently a PhD candidate in Experimental Music and Digital Media. I've been teaching private and group music lessons for several years. I adapt my teaching style to best suit the needs of each of my students individually, and I encourage efficient practice techniques over strict practice routines. I'm available to teach in a number of fields including guitar, composition, and computer music. I provide a unique learning environment that is both effective and fun. *** Lesson Details *** I assess and dynamically adjust my lesson plans for each of my students. Please let know if you have any questions. *** Studio Equipment *** I have a variety of available equipment for each of the fields I am available to teach. I will provide specialized equipment during each lesson as necessary. *** Travel Equipment *** I only expect students to provide their own instrument or computer hardware as necessary. I am certainly willing to discuss purchasing options if new equipment is needed to take lessons. *** Specialties *** My current research is in the development of mobile applications for musical purposes. I also development electronic/computer music curriculum for primary and secondary education. Among other things (including general computer music), I'm available to specifically teach musical mobile app development.
