Guitar with Daniel K.

I'm a profession guitarist and session musician, and regularly do gigs in a variety of settings from Jazz, all the way over to Metal. I have a Bachelor's of Music in Performance with a concentration in Jazz, and I am currently in graduate school to obtain a Master's degree in the same subject. I have a passion for teaching, and I love to teach all styles of music. My specialties include Rock, Blues, Pop, Metal, and Jazz. I've taught students from the ages of 5-45, and I've enjoyed teaching for approximately six years. I teach on a case-by-case basis with a core curriculum in mind. If the student shows advancement in the early stages of lessons, I won't hold them back, and I will do whatever I can to ensure they reach the highest levels that they wish. On the flip side, if a student wants to just go over lighter things like chords and songbook tunes, that's totally okay with me, I'm all about making sure that the student is happy playing music, no matter what level they're on!
