Music Theory with Daniel I.

I've been teaching for over 20 years. In that time I've had students of all ages, abilities and personalities. From the casual student to the aspiring professional, I tailor my approach and focus on meeting the unique needs and goals of the student rather than applying a contrived method or curriculum. I've had a thorough conservatory training at The Eastman School of Music and Interlochen Arts Academy where I studied composition, music history, theory, counterpoint, orchestration as well as piano, voice, and more. My professional experience is extensive. I've been doing commercial scoring for 18 years, I have experience with modern recording and engineering techniques and I play many instruments. Drawing on my solid conservatory training as well as years of experience as a composer, performer and teacher allows me to meet the demands of any student.
