I am an experienced piano instructor and recent Portland State graduate who has just moved to Sherwood, OR and excited to meet new families! I specialize in teaching beginners the fundamentals of music, technique, and piano theory. This is an excellent, low commitment opportunity to see if your child is ready to stick with a new skill! Teaching: *Students and parents can expect an enthusiastic and enjoyable experience, as I make sure piano lessons are fun *In addition to fun, I have developed a "practicing tracking method" to ensure students are making progress at their own pace * I have successfully worked with students of all ages and levels (beginner to advanced) throughout my six years of teaching. *After perfecting a special song of their choice, students can choose to perform this piece in a piano recital that we plan together. It is fun for friends and families to come together for tea and cookies to enjoy your pianist's hard work!
