I am a former Dallas Sheriff Officer turned chef. That should tell you that anyone is capable of anything! I’ve always had a love for cooking. In college I actually studied marketing. Sometimes you just don’t know where you path will take you. Living in the Downtown Dallas area I am open to so many different types of cuisine and also close to all the local farmers! I love my city and I love food so check out my classes I can definitely show you a thing or two!
